Shipping

Shipping within Australia will be charged at a flat rate of $20 per order. Shipped via Australia Post (registered and insured). Shipping costs cover fees, packaging supplies and insurance. Please allow up to two weeks from the time of purchase for your order to be processed, packaged and shipped. International shipping will be charged at $40 per order. Please note that for international orders, any taxes and duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Packaging & handling

Unframed limited edition prints are hand-signed and numbered by Donna and will be shipped with attention to detail and care—rolled and placed into a sturdy tube for delivery.  To avoid scuffing and damage to the print, it is recommended that your print is removed from the tube by your professional framer. 

Returns

All sales are final. I endeavour to reproduce colours as accurately as possible from screen to the printed piece, however I understand there may be variations from screen to screen. If you are uncertain at all about your purchase and would like to see additional images please contact me here.

Framing

Custom framing is available—please contact me for a price. To maximise the beauty and presence of your piece, I recommend your chosen print be professionally framed in Tasmanian Oak with non-reflective glass.
